The Liverpool Legends have returned for the fall season at the Caravelle Theater in Branson!!

Celebrating their 10th season in Branson, the Liverpool Legends have come a long way since Marty Scott met Louise Harrison, Beatle George Harrison’s sister in 2001. Marty is the guy who plays her kid brother in Liverpool Legends. Together they present and promote the Beatles music throughout the nation and the world. Not only are Liverpool Legends a very good Beatles tribute band, they are certainly the only one sanctioned by a member of the Beatles family.

The band has received worldwide acclaim and just this year alone their road tours have taken them to huge sold out stadiums in Mexico City, Guayaquil and Quito, Ecuador. They have performed at Pasadena’s Rose Bowl for 4th of July to crowds of over 60,000 – two years in a row!

Liverpool Legends were chosen over every other Beatles Tribute band in the world by top television and film producer Jerry Bruckheimer (CSI, Pirates of The Caribbean) to portray the Beatles in one of his productions; they headlined “International Beatles Week” in Liverpool where 100,000 Beatles fans gathered on Victoria Street to hear them; AND, they feature what you probably won’t see at any other Beatles tribute show: a full-length sitar solo by Marty Scott commemorating George Harrison’s influence by Eastern and Indian music.

Louise and Marty initiated Help Keep Music Alive, a nonprofit program where they go to schools and give a free concert, and have the school’s bands and choirs play with the band. She promotes the show and hopefully sells an auditorium full of tickets, and they give a portion of proceeds to the music departments.

This fantastic show runs through December 5th – Tuesday thru Saturday at 8pm. Be prepared to want to see them again and again … they are THAT good! For tickets call 417-334-5100 or for more information go to www.LiverpoolLegends.com
